1. Product Complaints

1.1. Submitting a Complaint

The Seller is obliged to deliver goods to the Consumer that are in conformity with the contract and free from legal defects.

In the event of finding non-conformity of the goods with the contract, the Consumer may submit a complaint electronically to the address: return@ollywell.com

The notification of the product's defect should include: the Consumer's full name, date of purchase, type of defect observed, a photo of the complained product (if possible), and the date the non-conformity was detected.

1.2. Processing of Complaints

The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days from the date of receiving the notification.

If the complaint is accepted, the Seller commits to promptly repair or replace the product. If repair or replacement is not possible, the Consumer has the right to a full refund of the purchase price.

1.3. Conditions of Complaint

The Consumer cannot exercise the right to withdraw from the contract under the complaint if the non-conformity of the goods with the contract is insignificant.

Complaints do not cover minor differences in the appearance of the product resulting from monitor settings.

1.4. Return of Goods Under Complaint

In the event of accepting the complaint, the Seller covers the costs of returning the goods.

The product must be complete, unused, and in its original packaging.


2. Return Policy

2.1. Right to Withdraw from the Contract

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

To withdraw from the contract, the Consumer should send an unambiguous statement via email to return@ollywell.com or use the withdrawal form available on the store's website.

2.2. Refund of Payments

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller refunds all received payments, including the costs of the cheapest offered delivery method, within 14 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal statement.

The refund will be made in the same way the original payment was made, unless the Consumer agrees to a different method.

2.3. Costs of Returning the Goods

The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the goods are defective or non-conforming with the contract.

The goods must be returned in an undamaged condition, in the original packaging, along with the full set of sales documents.

2.4. Limitations of the Right to Withdraw

The right to withdraw does not apply in the case of goods delivered in sealed packaging, which cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
